Fall General Membership Meeting
Tuesday November 1st the Syracuse Real Food Co-op held its bi-annual General Membership Meeting, and it was great. Not only was attendance far greater then the recent past, but for the first time we have a contested race for the board of directors. Stay tuned for a special edition of the New Leaf coming very soon to your doorstep. This issue will profile the declared candidates and include your ballot which can be dropped off at the store. Remember the election runs until Dec. 1, you can decide to run anytime up until that point.

the membership meeting was great! i heard more than one long time cooperator say it was the largest turnout they had every seen without the store being on the cusp of disaster. its good to see people getting excited about the good work going on at the coop.
a contested election for the first time! make sure you check out all the candidates and VOTE!!!
