What could possibly be a better way to eat all of these apples than with cheddar?
Today we are featuring Montchevre Goat Cheddar for tasting. This is a very mild, accesible goat cheese, so if you are looking to experiment outside the American tunnel of bovine dairy, this would be a great place to start.
This cheese will be on sale for the month of October.
